Empowering Virginia’s Limousine Industry Through Growth and Excellence

Mission Statement

Founded in 1987, the Virginia Limousine Association (VLA) is a non-profit trade association dedicated to fostering collaboration between limousine operators, the Virginia DMV, government agencies, and the public. Our mission is to strengthen the chauffeured transportation industry across Virginia by promoting safety, education, fair regulations, professionalism, and ethical standards.

We advocate for our members’ success, ensure equal standing within the organization, and build industry credibility through partnerships with state and federal legislators, airport officials, and other trade organizations.

Association Governance

The Virginia Limousine Association operates under the VLA Bylaws, which are designed to promote confidence and foster growth within the limousine industry across the Commonwealth of Virginia.
